CUTTING CHAINS

Hydra Mining Tools International Limited manufacture and supply cutting chains and associated equipment for mining and civil engineering operations worldwide. All chains are produced from high grade alloy steel, heat treated to combine great tensile strength with long wearing properties, giving reliable and effective operation.

The type of chains fall into three categories :
	Chains with jibs for under-cutting machines and slot cutting machines in civil engineering applications.
	Chains used on a coal winning machine such as Dosco Dintheader and Marietta.
	Chains used in a drivage/cutting situation as in continuous miner appications.

Any suitable cutting and toolholder system can be fitted with lacing patterns configured to suit ground conditions.

Options available with jib and chain systems are dust suppression, chain tensioning, plain or sprocket nose end and remote bearing lubrication.
